  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Produce high-quality written content for various media formats, including videos, images, and audio files.
  2. Perform simple annotation-related tasks in a narrow ML data process area.
  3. Use internal tools and software provided by the team to complete tasks efficiently.
  4. Participate in data collection activities when scripts and instructions are provided.
  5. Adhere to compliance and confidentiality requirements to ensure zero risk to customer data and Amazon.
  6. Test new SOPs and ML data tools to improve existing processes.
  7. Provide specific, timely feedback to streamline existing processes and achieve consistent results with high quality.
Requirements
  • Strong command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.
  • Background in linguistics, creative writing, computational linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and interpret data to improve system performance.
  • Good familiarity with the Windows desktop environment and use of Word, Excel, IE, Firefox, etc.
  • Flexibility and interest in doing repetitive tasks is required.
  • High level of energy and proactive nature.
  • A sense of ownership and drive, with a willingness to accept daily deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies in descriptions generated.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Passion for language, technology, and AI advancements.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
