Content Creation Leadership Role

We are seeking a visionary Creative Content Manager to spearhead the development and delivery of engaging series projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all series projects align with our strategic goals and resonate with diverse audiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your expertise in content creation to develop innovative scripts for series projects, collaborating closely with writers and directors to meet high quality standards.
  • Work synergistically with marketing and analytics teams to ensure series performance aligns with our strategic objectives.
Series Development:
  • Lead the development process for web series, overseeing individual writers and the Writer's Room for in-house research-based script development.
  • Provide detailed feedback and suggestions for improvement to ensure scripts are culturally resonant and meet high quality standards.
Production Oversight:
  • Oversee script development and production processes, managing timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of series.
  • Collaborate closely with the production team to oversee filming, ensuring it adheres to predetermined vision and quality standards.
Team Leadership:
  • Inspire and lead a team of producers, directors, and creative writing staff to produce high-quality scripts and engaging content.
  • Foster a creative and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Industry Networking:
  • Engage with internal departments to streamline production processes and address challenges efficiently.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with industry players to enhance our creative capabilities and market presence.
Content Performance Metrics:
  • Regularly report on series performance, providing insights and recommendations for future projects.
  • Monitor new user acquisition and consumption metrics for long-format content.
