Software Testing Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Python QA Automation Specialist to fill this challenging position.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and automation, with experience in Python and API (REST services) & UI testing (selenium).

The key responsibilities of this role include analyzing requirements, identifying test scenarios, authoring and tracking test cases, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for detecting and tracking software defects, identifying risks to projects, and planning actions to mitigate them.

In addition, the engineer should be proficient in tools familiar on QA life cycle such as bug-tracking tools, test management.

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering or equivalent is required.

The selected candidate must have good knowledge of Python or any automation script, electrical knowledge and self-motivation.

This role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze requirements along with the development team and identify test scenarios
  • Create and track test cases
  • Perform performance testing, functional testing, and scalability testing
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and execute test cases
  • Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies
  • Identify risk to projects and plan for actions to mitigate them
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of software testing and automation principles
  • Experience with Python and API (REST services) & UI testing (selenium)
  • Familiarity with tools on QA life cycle such as bug-tracking tools, test management
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of Python or any automation script
  • Electrical knowledge
