As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional technical assistance to clients through multiple communication channels. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software applications, hardware devices, and network connectivity.

Our ideal candidate is someone with a strong passion for technical problem-solving and excellent communication skills. They should possess a solid understanding of IT systems and software applications, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first-call resolution rate, average handling time, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with a focus on international voice processes (blended) for technical support.
  • Bachelor's degree in Any Technical Specialization (BCA/B.Tech/B.E.).
  • Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
  • Ability to work rotational shifts including night shifts.
