Job Title:

GRC Developer

Key Responsibilities:ServiceNow GRC Implementation:
  • Configure and design GRC modules, including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Vendor Risk, and Audit Management.
Workspace & Portal Development:
  • Develop ServiceNow Workspaces specific to GRC requirements.
  • Create and enhance ServiceNow Portals, including catalog forms and widgets.
Scripting & Customization:
  • Develop client/server-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies) for efficient performance optimization.
Integration:
  • Integrate with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
  • Monitor and resolve integration issues efficiently.
System Admin & Support:
  • Perform platform maintenance, upgrades, and user support tasks.
  • Collaborate with business users to enhance GRC functionality and usability.
Required Skills:
  • Expertise in ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Workspace and Portal development.
  • Advanced scripting knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
  • Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Platform administration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
