GRC Integration Scope:

SuccessFactors Integration

Connect SAP GRC AC 12.0 with all SAP SuccessFactors modules, including: Employee Central

(SFEC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP),Learning Management System (LMS),recruiting,

onboarding etc.

GRC Ariba Integration via IAG Bridge

Integrate SAP GRC AC 12.0 with Ariba modules via IAG bridge, including:

Supplier Relationship Management, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management.

Workflow Implementation

Design and configure workflows for->Access Request Management (ARM), Access Risk Analysis

(ARA), User Access Review (UAR)

SoD Rulebook Development

Develop and implement a tailored Segregation of Duties (SoD) rulebook covering

SuccessFactors and Ariba processes.

Project Deliverables

Prepare project plan based on the integration activities

Should be available dedicated throughout 2 months project.

Willing to travel onsite 2 weeks during cutover.

Design and Development->

A customized SoD rulebook for SuccessFactors and Ariba.

Detailed design documentation for GRC integration.

Configuration and Testing->

Integration and configuration of GRC workflows for SAP SF and Ariba.

Development and validation of test scripts for Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Documentation->

Updated configuration guides reflecting all integration activities.

Workshops and Training->

Conduct workshops with key stakeholders to align on workflows, rulebooks, and identified risks.

Provide knowledge transfer sessions to JHAH teams for ongoing system maintenance and support.

Experience
: 8-20 Years of Experience in SAP GRC with SF Ariba Integration.
