Senior SAP GRC/IAG Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior SAP GRC and IAG Consultant to join our enterprise technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and managing SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Identity Access Governance (IAG) modules, along with hands-on experience in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

This role involves working on large-scale SAP implementations, designing secure and compliant business processes, integrating SAP modules, and providing expert guidance on risk management and access control. The candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of SAP landscapes and integration processes.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP GRC Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management modules, ensuring compliance with organizational security and governance standards.

- Design and implement SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG) solutions, integrating with SAP and non-SAP systems for centralized user and role management.

- Work on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) modules to enable advanced integration, automation, and analytics capabilities.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand security, compliance, and audit requirements, and translate them into effective SAP GRC/IAG solutions.

- Develop and configure workflows, access risk analysis, emergency access management (EAM), and role design according to business and regulatory requirements.

- Implement integration processes between SAP GRC and other SAP modules (such as ECC, S/4HANA, and SuccessFactors) including interface design, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

- Provide expert-level support during design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases of SAP GRC and IAG solutions.

- Conduct risk and impact analysis on proposed system changes, ensuring adherence to internal controls and governance frameworks.

- Ensure seamless integration with SAP Identity Management, Single Sign-On (SSO), and third-party security systems.

- Perform periodic reviews of system access, segregation of duties (SoD), and compliance reports to identify and mitigate potential risks.

- Work closely with audit and compliance teams to prepare system documentation and support audit reviews.

- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and ensure knowledge transfer within the team.

- Stay updated on the latest SAP GRC, IAG, and BTP innovations and recommend enhancements to improve overall governance and risk management strategies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on implementation experience in SAP GRC and IAG modules.

- Proven experience working as a Senior Consultant or Lead Consultant on large-scale SAP implementations.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control components including ARA (Access Risk Analysis), EAM (Emergency Access Management), ARM (Access Request Management), and BRM (Business Role Management).

- Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting SAP IAG cloud services and integrating with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP applications.

- Good understanding of SAP BTP services and their role in extending and integrating SAP applications.

- Strong exposure to integration processes between SAP modules and external systems, including designing and managing interfaces.

- Ability to perform risk assessments, access control reviews, and develop mitigation plans aligned with business policies.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with strong attention to detail.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP Security concepts, Fiori authorization, and S/4HANA migrations.

- Knowledge of SAP Cloud Identity Services and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

- Certification in SAP GRC or SAP Security is an advantage.

- Exposure to Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

- Experience in regulated industry environments (e.g., BFSI, Pharma, Manufacturing) with strong compliance requirements.
