Key Responsibilities :ServiceNow GRC Implementation :- Design and configure GRC modules including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Vendor Risk, and Audit Management.- Customize workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports as per business needs.Workspace & Portal Development :- Build and modify ServiceNow Workspaces specific to GRC.- Create and enhance ServiceNow Portals, including catalog forms and widgets.Scripting & Customization :- Develop client/server-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, etc.).- Optimize performance through efficient scripting.Integration :- Integrate with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.- Monitor and resolve integration issues.System Admin & Support :- Perform platform maintenance, upgrades, and user support.- Collaborate with business users to enhance GRC functionality and usability.Required Skills :- Strong experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules- Proficiency in ServiceNow Workspace and Portal development- Advanced scripting knowledge JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes- Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions- Platform administration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills (ref:hirist.tech)
