Key Responsibilities :

ServiceNow GRC Implementation :

- Design and configure GRC modules including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Vendor Risk, and Audit Management.

- Customize workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports as per business needs.

Workspace & Portal Development :

- Build and modify ServiceNow Workspaces specific to GRC.

- Create and enhance ServiceNow Portals, including catalog forms and widgets.

Scripting & Customization :

- Develop client/server-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, etc.).

- Optimize performance through efficient scripting.

Integration :

- Integrate with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.

- Monitor and resolve integration issues.

System Admin & Support :

- Perform platform maintenance, upgrades, and user support.

- Collaborate with business users to enhance GRC functionality and usability.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules

- Proficiency in ServiceNow Workspace and Portal development

- Advanced scripting knowledge JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes

- Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Platform administration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
