Key Summary and Core Requirements :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security ServiceNow GRC Developer to join our team in Bangalore on a hybrid work model.

The ideal candidate will have a deep background in the IT industry and extensive hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules.

You will be responsible for defining and delivering technical solutions that align security and risk management processes with business needs and platform best practices.

- IT Industry Experience : 7+ years of relevant experience in the IT industry.

- ServiceNow Experience : 5+ years of hands-on experience developing, configuring, and administering on the ServiceNow platform.

- ServiceNow GRC/IRM Experience : 4+ years of specialized experience working with ServiceNow GRC/IRM Solutions.

- IRM Implementation : Must have experience working on a full ServiceNow IRM implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture and Design :

- Define, at an architectural and design level of detail, technical solutions for GRC/IRM requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational business problems and ServiceNow Implementation Best Practices.

- Translate complex business requirements into clear, secure, and sustainable technical designs within the ServiceNow platform.

Development and Customization :

- Lead the development, configuration, and customization efforts within the ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules, focusing on Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management functionalities.

- Develop and manage complex workflow, scripting (e.g., Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions), integration components, and data structures.

Technical Leadership and Support :

- Serve as the primary technical point-of-contact for the project, acting as the face of the development team to stakeholders and business users.

- Support current Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management configurations and Business processes, ensuring system stability and performance.

- Provide expert guidance on the maintenance and upgrade of the GRC/IRM modules.

Process Analysis and Improvement :

- Document current and propose future process flows related to GRC/IRM, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains through ServiceNow capabilities.

- Identify gaps in the existing environment and propose easily maintainable, technically sound solutions to address them.

Integrations and Platform Enhancements :

- Leverage in-depth knowledge on Integrations to connect the ServiceNow GRC platform with other enterprise systems (e.g., CMDB, HR, security tools, external risk data sources) using methods like REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.

- Experience with Service Portal and/or Workspace development is a strong plus for designing user-friendly interfaces for GRC applications.

Added Advantage Knowledge

- Knowledge and/or development experience with other ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) modules, specifically Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR).

- Certifications such as Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist - GRC.

- Familiarity with industry-standard GRC frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT).
