Job Description :

  • Define, at an architectural and design level of detail, technical solutions aligned with business problems and ServiceNow Implementation Best Practices.
  • Serve as primary technical point-of-contact for the project and as the face of the development team.
  • Support current Policy and Compliance, Risk Management and Audit Management configurations and Business processes.
  • Document current and propose future process flows.
  • Added Advantage - Knowledge on Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response.
  • Should have worked on ServiceNow IRM implementation.
  • In Depth knowledge on Integrations. Service Portal and Workspace experience is a plus.
  • Should be able to identify gaps in the existing environment and propose easily maintainable solutions.

Primary Skills

  • 5+ years of Experience in ServiceNow. 4+ years of Experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM Solutions.
  • ServiceNow platform in a development or administration role (CSA certification is required.
  • Experience in Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance processes and requirements. Trained on IRM module (GRC- CIS is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Mid Server, Integrations, LDAP, Flow Designer and SSO, APIs and Integration Hub
