Develop, configure, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design scalable ServiceNow solutions.Implement modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, GRC, IRM, or SecOps, depending on project needs.Script and automate tasks using JavaScript, Python, Shell/PowerShell, or Ansible.Perform integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to DevOps practices.Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures for future reference.Continuously improve application performance, security, and user experience.

Required Technical and Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
  • Proven experience in at least one ServiceNow domain: IGRC, IRM, SecOps, or VRM.
  • Strong scripting experience in JavaScript and basic proficiency in Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • Understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Good knowledge of Linux and Windows OS.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or .NET.
  • Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to take initiative, ownership, and work both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

  • ServiceNow certifications in GRC/IRM, VRM, or Vulnerability Response.
  • Exposure to ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools and platforms.
  • Experience in automation frameworks like Ansible.
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
  • Practical understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and innovation in IT service delivery.
    Ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive business outcomes through technology.
