Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned HCM professional to join our team. This role requires expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, with a focus on technical and functional consulting.

  • Core HR: configuration and customization of Core HR modules, including data migration and setup knowledge.
  • Absence Management: implementation and management of absence management policies and procedures.
  • Payroll: configuration and customization of payroll processes, including data migration and setup knowledge.
  • Talent Management: implementation and management of talent management policies and procedures.
  • Time & Labor: configuration and customization of time and labor processes, including data migration and setup knowledge.
  • Health & Safety: implementation and management of health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Security: configuration and customization of security processes, including data migration and setup knowledge.

Technical skills required for this role include expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide strong leadership and develop best practices for effective techno-functional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical/Functional or Techno Functional Consultant.
  • Expertise in at least 3 HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security).
  • Hands-on experience working on Fusion and exposure to EBS.
  • Strong understanding of SQL, data migration, and customization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.
  • Knowledge of Process Flow, Set-up Knowledge, and Common Solutions to Modules Known in HCM.
