Senior Workday System Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Workday Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in implementing and maintaining Workday HCM systems, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proven track record of collaborating with HR and IT teams, and the ability to effectively configure and maintain Workday modules and features.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless system performance, troubleshooting issues, and providing end-user support and training. Additionally, you will develop and maintain system documentation, perform regular system audits, and ensure compliance with HR policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM systems
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather system requirements
