Finance Executive

This is a high-impact leadership position that requires ownership and strategic decision-making across finance operations.

  • Lead quarterly and annual budgeting across functions, aligning with growth goals using AI-enabled tools.
  • Build robust forecasting models for revenue, costs, and cash runway, tracking key SaaS metrics like LTV, CAC, NRR, and ROI on marketing spends.
  • Drive variance analysis, scenario planning, and cost-benefit assessments to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support pricing, hiring, and expansion plans through data-backed financial insights and playbooks.
  • Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to deliver actionable insights to leadership and function heads.

Responsibilities also include managing cash flow to support business continuity and growth, monitoring monthly runway, and optimizing working capital and the cash conversion cycle using AI-led process improvements.

Additionally, this role involves collaborating with the leadership team to align financial goals with overall business strategy, providing financial input during strategic planning sessions, and owning monthly MIS, board decks, and leadership updates.

As a leader in finance operations, you will be responsible for mentoring and growing a strong finance team, encouraging an AI-first mindset, and fostering a culture of automation, ownership, and continuous improvement.

You will also design and institutionalize policies across entities with scalable, tech-enabled workflows, drive automation, accuracy, and efficiency across financial operations, and stay abreast of new technologies, AI practices, and regulatory changes.
