Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Fund Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial and operational aspects of our funds.

Your key responsibilities will include preparing, analyzing, and disseminating financial information for our various funds. This will involve managing capital call and distribution processes, including journal entries and investor allocation.

You will also collect and analyze financial data from various sources, prepare periodic reports for investors and stakeholders, and calculate fund performance and financial position.

Additionally, you will create journal entries for quarterly activity within our accounting system, review and maintain data for NAV, commitment & uncalled commitment at the investor level, and extract trial balance and general ledgers for month-end close packages.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of fund accounting principles and experience in preparing regular financial reports for credit funds, including NAV, performance reports, and presentations.

Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations is essential, as well as the ability to ensure compliance with all relevant requirements. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial reporting software and systems are also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Accounting certification such as Chartered Accountant / CPA / ACCA is desired.
  • 5 plus years of experience in fund reporting, accounting and control.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting software and systems, such as Investran, etc.
