Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead software development initiatives and drive successful project delivery from conception to deployment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in agile methodologies, technical project management, and cross-functional team leadership, with expertise in modern development tools and project management platforms.

About the Role:

  • The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end project management for software development initiatives and technical deliverables.
  • This includes facilitating agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and release planning.
  • The role also involves coordinating activities across development, QA, DevOps, and design teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • The Senior Project Manager will create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for complex technical projects.
  • They will monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
  • The primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, the Senior Project Manager will establish and maintain project documentation, requirements, and technical specifications.
  • This role also drives process improvements and implements best practices for development workflows.
  • The Senior Project Manager manages resource allocation and workload distribution across development teams.
  • Finally, they coordinate release activities and deployment schedules with engineering teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 3+ years of project management experience in software development environments.
  • Strong experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools and development platforms.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience managing full software development lifecycle projects.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and modern engineering practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to work with technical teams.
  • Experience with cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder management.
