Senior Front End Developer Position Summary:

This role involves leading and contributing to the design, development, and deployment of technical solutions in line with a release management plan.

The key responsibilities cover investment projects and operational changes for bug fixes/enhancements, and innovation projects supporting organizational goals.

  • Collaborate with IT partners and business teams to understand requirements and use cases. Improve or align requirement outcomes to deliver successful releases for new initiatives and enhancements.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience managing the end-to-end content lifecycle i.e., content creation, storage, review, approval, assembly/authoring, and distribution.
  • Responsible for coaching and training Jr Developers on depth of knowledge of Veeva and BMS technology needs and job growth. Set objectives and ensure knowledge success or certifications.
  • Contribute towards requirement grooming, documentation, UT test plans, ST, and UAT during release.
  • Provide L2/L3 support for applications and dependent apps. Assist with tracking, logging, monitoring, and driving to resolution of end-user issues.
  • Design/conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) with user management, security, data privacy, and performance as key considerations.
  • Identify high-value capabilities with clear differentiators when making digital capability platform choices. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that all development functions are successful in delivering services to support the digital solutions enablement of Omni-Channel Capabilities.
