**Front End Developer Role**

We are seeking a skilled Front-End Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating the user-facing side of our websites and applications, primarily for experimentation and personalization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement new user-facing variants using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into responsive and user-friendly variants for A/b testing and personalization experiments.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and address technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 4-6 years of experience as a Front-End Developer.
  • Expertise in core web technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
  • Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
