About the Role

We are looking for two highly skilled and experienced Senior Front-End React Developer to join our growing product engineering team. As a senior front-end developer, you will be responsible for designing and building high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly applications using modern front-end technologies. You will work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Application Development:Develop, enhance, and maintain complex React-based web applications.
- Architect reusable components, UI patterns, and frameworks for scalable applications.
- Collaboration & Design:Collaborate with UX/UI designers to convert wireframes and visual designs into interactive applications.
- Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
- Performance & Quality:Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement:Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and frameworks.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in development workflows, testing practices, and deployment processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Core Expertise:Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux (or Zustand, Recoil, or similar state management libraries).
- Excellent knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (including preprocessors like SASS or LESS).
- Ecosystem & Tools:Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with component libraries (e.g., Material UI, Ant Design, TailwindCSS) and design systems.
- Proficient in using build tools such as Vite, Webpack, or similar.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and JSON data structures.
- Quality Focus:Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
- Knowledge of code quality, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile development practices.
- Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with micro-frontend architectures.
- Exposure to server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
- Knowledge of responsive, cross-browser, and accessibility (WCAG) best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps tools is a plus.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
