Senior Financial Analyst Position

This role is key to supporting the CFO's office of a private equity client. The successful candidate will be part of the financial controls team, which handles corporate accounting and consolidation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage activity dashboards for various group activities and allocate tasks among team members.
  2. Monitor requests through communication channels and effectively allocate ad-hoc activities among team members.
  3. Coordinate with different teams to collate information and communicate with client teams on task status.
  4. Review reconciliation results, regular reports, and ad-hoc requests prepared by the team.
  5. Generate analysis and reports based on client/team requests.
  6. Improve current reports and proactively work with team counterparts to add value.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in consolidation of financial statements as per IFRS.
  • Ability to understand group structure and review relevant consolidation adjustment entries.
  • Ability to analyze variances between actual and budgeted operating expenses.
  • Good working knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Power Point, VBA programming, PowerBI, and business software applications such as SAP, Business Dynamics.
  • Effective written/verbal communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills.
