Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role
  • Oversee and execute quality management processes to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and address customer concerns in a timely manner.
  • Establish, implement, and maintain quality management systems to drive process excellence.
  • Monitor and report on quality system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Conduct internal quality audits and ensure compliance with IATF, EMS, OHSMS, and EnMS standards.
  • Foster awareness and promotion of customer requirements throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for ensuring that quality management systems are established, implemented, and maintained according to industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Quality Assurance to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Lead internal quality audits and corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality system performance.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills related to quality management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, including IATF, EMS, OHSMS, and EnMS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
