Job Description:

Drive sales and marketing efforts for structural bearings, expansion joints, seismic isolation systems, and structural health monitoring solutions for infrastructure and bridge projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct technical and commercial discussions with customers and consultants to secure and close orders.
  • Liaise with internal departments including design, procurement, production, and erection teams to ensure timely order execution.
  • Collaborate with design and estimation teams to prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals.


Requirements:

Education:

B.E./B.Tech. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering


Additional Qualifications:

Additional certifications in Marketing, Management, or Digital Marketing are a plus


Experience:

~ Minimum 2 years in sales, marketing, or sales support roles


Skills:

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written)


Strong interpersonal skills with an engineering mindset


Open to extensive travel across India and neighboring regions
