We are seeking a proactive and skilled Mortgage Loan Manager to join our team, focusing on mortgage loan sales. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in dealing with home loans. This role is crucial for building a strong network of partners and achieving sales targets through effective lead generation and loan processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mortgage Loan Sales & Business Development:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
  • Drive DSA empanelment to expand the business network.
  • Create a consistent flow of new leads through these established relationships.
  • Loan Processing & Sales Targets:
  • Take full responsibility for the end-to-end loan processing cycle.
  • Be accountable for meeting monthly login activities and disbursals as per assigned targets.

  • Professional experience in dealing with home loans.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with business partners.
  • Strong target-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales goals.
