Senior E-Commerce Quality Assurance Lead

As a Senior E-Commerce Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing high-performing QA and automation teams to deliver exceptional results in an fast-paced environment.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to define testing requirements, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks for web and mobile applications using Selenium.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to identify and prioritize test cases and automate them efficiently.
  • Oversee the development of comprehensive documentation for test cases, test plans, and automation scripts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage defect tracking and reporting via Jira or similar tools.
  • Perform performance testing using JMeter to identify and optimize bottlenecks.
  • Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing using BrowserStack or similar tools.
  • Design and execute API testing workflows using Postman.
  • Implement best practices in test automation, regression testing, and continuous integration.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5-10 years of professional experience in QA and automation with team leadership experience.
  • Strong expertise in Magento or similar e-commerce platforms with customized codebases.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable QA results in automation and performance testing.
  • Hands-on expertise with:
    • Automation: Selenium
    • Performance Testing: JMeter
    • Cross-Browser Testing: BrowserStack (or similar)
    • API Testing: Postman
    • Test Management: Jira
    • Mobile/WMS Testing: iOS & Android
