As a critical business planning specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the finalization of comprehensive business plans, up-to-date forecasts, and monthly financial analysis results for various products.

The primary objective of this position is to spearhead business planning, cost management, data analysis, cost estimation, deviation control, and cost forecasting across multiple functions. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining SAP databases, and providing cost estimates against numerous cost inquiries raised by sales, PRM, rBU, or BU.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong skills in Excel, MS Office, and IT tools, as well as advanced work experience on SAP, knowledge of product controlling, and basic business acumen skills. Additionally, you should possess strong capabilities to build strategic partnerships, ability to influence positively, and strong team-player skills with the ability to work in diverse teams.

You will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and linking information across functions to determine and administer cost performance based on business planning/current forecasts. You will evaluate cost-saving initiatives and certify savings with appropriate logic and steer the Value Stream/Support functions for early realization and with periodic updates in MY-Measures Tool during Current Forecast process.
