Estate Planning Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Estate Planning Director to lead our wills and trusts service. The successful candidate will work closely with financial advisers and tax specialists to deliver tailored estate planning solutions for high-net-worth clients.
This is a senior role with significant responsibility for shaping and scaling our legal function within the business. The successful candidate will oversee the development of our in-house wills and trusts offering, providing technical guidance and support to financial advisers and clients.
- Estate Planning Expertise: Develop and implement effective estate planning strategies for high-net-worth clients, incorporating complex wills, discretionary and lifetime trusts, deeds of variation, and powers of attorney.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a small, high-performing team as the service expands, maintaining the highest standards of client care and confidentiality.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Oversee compliance and risk management for legal outputs, ensuring all activities align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
