Business Insights Manager

We are seeking an experienced data analyst to drive strategic insights and inform key business decisions. The ideal candidate possesses strong domain expertise in loans/retail banking, coupled with hands-on proficiency in SQL, reporting, and data warehousing concepts.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver actionable analytics by analyzing loan and retail banking data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Design and execute optimized SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
- Apply data warehousing concepts to ensure reliable and efficient data structures.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into impactful analytics.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- 6+ years of professional experience in data analytics.
- Strong understanding of loans/retail banking domain knowledge.
- Expertise in SQL (querying, optimization, debugging).
- Solid grasp of reporting concepts and tools.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working directly with BFSI clients.
- Exposure to advanced analytics, visualization, or automation tools.
