We are seeking a Data Architect with 8+ years of overall experience and a minimum of 5 years of expertise in Data & Analytics initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional who can design and implement robust data architecture solutions to support data-driven decision-making, driving transformation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Architect and design end-to-end data solutions that align with business goals.
  • Lead the development of data models, data warehouses, and data integration strategies.
  • Ensure optimal data quality, data governance, and security practices across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable data architectures for analytics and reporting needs.
  • Analyze and improve data processes to optimize performance, scalability, and data flow efficiency.
  • Drive innovation by adopting new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance data processing.
  • Provide technical leadership on data-related projects and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience working on Data & Analytics initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes.
  • Proficient in SQL, NoSQL databases, and cloud-based data solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with data warehousing and data lake architectures.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data security, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and advanced analytics tools.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and data-driven environments.
  • Experience in industries such as Consumer Goods, Healthcare, or Financial Services.

Soft Skills :

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proven leadership skills to guide project teams and ensure successful delivery.
