
MSME Business Relationship Manager

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to build and maintain long-term relationships with MSME customers, providing them with innovative trade finance solutions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and deliver results-driven portfolio management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement relationship banking approach to grow existing MSME customer base
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with industry associations, PSU/Corporate linked Large MSME Clusters, and other ecosystem partners to enhance coverage of MSME customers
- Leverage deep understanding of target market, trade finance products, and processes to proactively spot business opportunities and overcome challenges
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure access to apt liquidity from various financiers, including banks and NBFCs
- Deliver stretched targets by adopting industry best business development and portfolio management practices
Requirements:
- Master's degree or postgraduate from a reputable management institute or college
- Awareness of trade finance products and related services along with associated documentation and processes for fulfillment
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to handle large teams across multiple locations
- Experience in working on digital platforms, solution-oriented approach, and strong analytical skills
