Field Service Engineer Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to undertake the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and support of automation systems at petrol stations.

Responsibilities:
  • Project management and coordination with contractors and higher management.
  • Installation and Commissioning of Automation System at Petrol Stations.
  • Maintenance and support of automation systems, including configuration and integration of forecourt devices.
  • Provide technical support to clients over phone calls and emails, including diagnosing and resolving problems.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and regional languages.
  • Good knowledge of electronics and computer network systems.
Requirements:
  • Good problem-solving skills in electronics, including knowledge of multi-meters and basic electronics tools and components.
  • Knowledge of computers, office software, and computer networking.
  • Basic electrical knowledge and diagnosis skills.
  • Willingness to travel to various client sites.
  • ITI or Diploma or any higher education from Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation.
