IT Cybersecurity Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Security Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and mitigating security threats, implementing security measures, and maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our organization's assets.

• Analyze and mitigate security threats by identifying vulnerabilities and implementing countermeasures to prevent unauthorized access to our systems and data.
• Implement security measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption to protect our assets from cyber attacks.
• Maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our organization's assets by ensuring that all systems and applications are secure and up-to-date.
• Monitor and analyze security logs to identify potential security threats and take corrective action to prevent them.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a security operations center (SOC) or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and protocols such as NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS.
• Experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
