Advanced Motion Control Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Advanced Motion Control Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

Mechanical engineers with experience in automation and control systems design, development, and integration. Proficiency in programming and configuring motion controllers/PLCs (Beckhoff, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.) is required. Experience with linear motion guideways, gantry track systems, and structural alignment is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, development, and integration of advanced motion control systems.
  • Programming and configuring motion controllers/PLCs.
  • Selection, installation, and tuning of servo motors, drives, and controllers.
  • Integration and maintenance of LM Guideways, Gantry & Precision Track Systems.
  • Implementing multi-axis synchronized motion control with high precision.
  • Working with feedback systems (encoders, resolvers, sensors).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong background in mechatronics, automation, and control systems.
  • Expertise in PID tuning, trajectory planning, inertia/load matching.
  • Knowledge of linear motion guideways, gantry track systems, and structural alignment.
  • Proficiency in Harnessing & Cable Routing for motion systems.
  • Hands-on with 3D Modelling & SolidWorks Electrical for design and integration.
  • Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (EtherCAT, PROFINET, Modbus, CANopen).
  • Experience with CNCs, robotics, or simulation platforms (HILS, flight/target motion simulators).
