We are seeking a Servo Motion Control Expert to lead our team of automation and robotics specialists. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in advanced motion systems, servo motors, drives, and controllers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Selecting, installing, and fine-tuning servo motors, drives, and controllers
  • Configuring and programming motion controllers/PLCs (Beckhoff, Siemens, Allen-Bradley)
  • Integrating and maintaining linear motion guideways, gantry & precision track systems
  • Implementing multi-axis synchronized motion control with high precision
  • Collaborating with feedback systems (encoders, resolvers, sensors)
  • Troubleshooting servo and motion system faults for optimal performance and reliability
Desired Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong background in mechatronics, automation, and control systems
  • Expertise in PID tuning, trajectory planning, and load matching
  • Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (EtherCAT, PROFINET, Modbus, CANopen)
  • Proficiency in designing and integrating motion systems using 3D modeling software
  • Hands-on experience with CNCs, robotics, or simulation platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of engineering principles, defense simulators, and industrial automation
