  • Drive successful delivery of cross-functional AI/data programs, measuring ROI, adoption, data quality, and operational efficiency improvements through established performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 20 years of experience in IT or digital transformation roles, with expertise in enterprise data, integration, and analytics platforms.
  • Direct leadership over Big Data/AI/ML initiatives and cross-functional delivery teams for at least 7 years.
  • Proven ability to deliver business outcomes using GenAI, ML, and automation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across business and technical functions.
  • Industry experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated sectors is preferred.
