Inside Sales Account Manager

Job Summary:
As a seasoned Inside Sales Account Manager at Power Bridge Systems Private Limited, you will lead a high-performing team of Inside Sales Representatives while actively engaging in sales activities. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and mentor the inside sales team to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment that encourages growth and high engagement.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to develop the team's skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
• Develop and implement comprehensive inside sales strategies to generate leads, close sales, and expand market presence.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and external sales teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company goals.
• Identify new sales opportunities, monitor industry trends, and adjust strategies as necessary to stay competitive.
• Oversee lead generation activities, ensuring that the team is effectively qualifying leads and moving them through the sales funnel.
• Monitor lead sources, pipeline health, and conversion rates, ensuring continuous flow of new opportunities.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure a consistent stream of high-quality leads.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, sales cycle length, and revenue growth.
• Generate and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management.
• Implement improvements in sales processes based on data-driven insights.
• Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a point of escalation for major or complex sales issues.
• Ensure timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, and customer feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Continuously evaluate and refine the inside sales process to improve efficiency, reduce sales cycle length, and increase revenue.
• Leverage CRM systems and sales automation tools to track leads, manage opportunities, and drive sales performance.
• Stay updated with the latest sales technologies and tools to enhance team productivity.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in inside sales or account management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role, preferably in IT or systems integration.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions, systems integration, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
