Employee Benefits Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll-related processes to guarantee accurate payments and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Handle reconciliation of financial accounts and transactions to prevent discrepancies and errors.
  • Respond promptly to queries related to employee benefits and ensure timely resolution.
  • Analyze data to perform accurate calculations of employee contributions and entitlements.
  • Conduct quality control checks for benefits operations to maintain high standards.
  • Prepare and file reports as required by law to ensure transparency and compliance.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to employee queries within specified timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, including the EPF Act and allied statutes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools to analyze data and prepare reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data and multiple client accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues efficiently.
