Key Performance Email Marketing Specialist

The role is responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, managing setup, targeting, rollout, reporting and optimization. Key performance indicators include campaign open rates, click-through rates and conversion rates.

To excel in this position, the candidate must have expertise in Oracle Responsys / Oracle Unity / Oracle Infinity IQ and advanced SQL skills. They will leverage personalization strategies and data-driven insights to maximize performance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer workflows, segmentation, and targeting strategies;
  • Developing insights from complex data sets and presenting actionable recommendations to internal teams and clients;
  • Writing and optimizing SQL queries using advanced PL/SQL concepts for audience creation and performance tuning;
  • Conducting A/B testing and hyper-personalization campaigns to improve engagement.

Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution. They will also compile campaign performance reports ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and business relevance.

Requirements include 4+ years of experience designing and managing email campaigns using Oracle Responsys. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Oracle Unity CDP implementation and experience developing BI reports with Oracle Infinity IQ.

Preferred candidates will have Eloqua / Responsys + SQL skill sets and be flexible to adapt to dynamic project requirements and cross-platform needs.

Key performance metrics for success include: increasing campaign effectiveness by implementing data-driven decision making and strategic planning; improving return on investment through efficient use of resources; enhancing customer engagement and retention through targeted messaging and personalized experiences.

This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
