Vehicle Integration Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to play a critical role in the development of our vehicle integration program. Your expertise will be instrumental in preparing and releasing engineering changes, ensuring the correctness of interface points between different chassis systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Benchmarking of vehicle studies to identify best practices and optimize design solutions.
  • Preparation of 3D layouts and bills of materials with given product briefs to ensure accurate fit and finish.
  • Development of design proposals for chassis system parts using computer-aided design software.
  • Analysis of stack-up data to ensure desired performance of interface parts.
  • Coordination with vehicle assembly and production teams for vehicle-level testing.
  • Preparation of bills of materials and release of engineering changes to ensure seamless integration.
Technical Requirements:
  • CAD preparation of frame, plastic, casting, and forging parts using Unigraphics.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes for sheet metal, casting, forging, and plastic parts.
  • Exposure to test and validation methods, as well as countermeasures for issues observed during validation.
  • Understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing principles and product lifecycle management software (Teamcenter).
  • Good understanding of two-wheeler homologation requirements and exposure to relevant design standards (AIS, IS, JIS, JASO, DIN, ISO).
