Healthcare Analytics Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Analytics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our analytics department, you will be responsible for unlocking actionable insights from real-world healthcare data to drive business decisions.

  • You will apply advanced data analytics, predictive modeling, and real-world data (RWD) to deliver high-impact outcomes for pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and governments worldwide.
  • Your expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools will enable you to support the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical products-from development to market launch and post-market monitoring-using advanced analytics to uncover key trends and opportunities.
  • You will conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modeling to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • As a skilled communicator, you will develop and present interactive dashboards, visualizations, and executive presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • You will partner with Product and Sales teams to translate analytical insights into scalable, productized solutions that align with our platform vision.

Required Skills:

Key Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.
  • Proven expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregations), Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualization tools.
  • Strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from providers such as IQVIA, OPTUM, and KOMODO.
  • Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting.
  • Skilled in dashboard development, storytelling, and executive-level presentations.
  • Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Economics).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendations.
