We are seeking a seasoned data expert to join our team in a hands-on role where you will leverage advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and real-world data (RWD) to drive high-impact outcomes for pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and governments globally.

  • Spearhead the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical products from development to market launch and post-market monitoring using cutting-edge analytics to uncover key trends and opportunities.
  • Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modeling to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Design and optimize automated data pipelines to enhance reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.
  • Develop and present interactive dashboards, visualizations, and executive presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical insights into scalable, productized solutions that align with our platform vision.
  • Promote analytical excellence and knowledge sharing by mentoring junior team members.

You will have 5+ years' experience in commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets. You must have proven expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools. A strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from reputable sources is essential. Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting is also required. Skilled in dashboard development, storytelling, and executive-level presentations. A degree in a quantitative discipline is mandatory. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendations.
