Job Description:

This position will support in capturing the point sale invoice so that system can charge the client correctly. The position will also support in reconciliation of supplier invoices and capturing missing transactions in the system, ensuring Amex GBT recovers all dues from clients before releasing payments to vendors.

Responsibilities:
  1. Review GDS and mid-office systems, AGM, and QC PNR to validate invoices
  2. Fix discrepancies in invoices to charge collect receivables from clients
  3. Capture invoices in GDS and mid-office systems as per information provided by front-end teams
  4. Perform card reconciliation according to actual transaction spends, BSP, Car, Rail, LCC, and Lodging, and capture missing information using tools like GDS Mid-office system to recover receivables from clients
  5. Review supplier invoices according to actual transaction spends and capture missing information using tools like GDS Mid-office system to recover receivables from clients
  6. Provide card reconciliation and capture missing invoices in the system and provide them to clients
  7. Review BTA card statements and provide client-specific information using GDS
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree with at least 1-3 years of relevant experience in reservation, ticketing in travel and/or airlines industry
  • Good knowledge of GDS systems (e.g., Galileo, Amadeus, Abacus) is mandatory
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities are necessary
