The development team builds complex software systems serving millions of users. In this role, you'll engage agile methodologies, adaptive frameworks, and best practices to deliver high-quality software on time.

Key responsibilities include designing and developing scalable back-end features using Java, Spring Boot, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Additionally, you will develop custom AEM components, services, and integrations to meet business requirements. Performance optimization for AEM solutions and mentoring junior developers are also key aspects of the role. Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and implementing new innovations in software development is essential.

Requirements include:

  • 8+ years of experience in software development with a strong background in Java and AEM.
  • Experience in front-end development is desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer centricity.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
