Chief Software Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our diverse environment. This role involves utilizing technical skills to analyze and solve issues, collaborating with colleagues within and outside the team, and taking on multiple opportunities to advance career goals.
This is a senior-level position requiring excellent programming, mentoring, and leadership abilities. Candidates in this role are groomed for future leadership or architect positions within the organization.
The successful candidate will design and develop commercial software components/services/solutions and execute moderate complexity software engineering assignments. They will work in a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 10 days in-office per month.
Responsibilities:- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Execute high-level business requirements and technical design guidelines from an architect with minimal supervision.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Mastery of Object Oriented Design Patterns and their application in enterprise software applications
- Extensive experience developing web services
- Mastery of Java technologies
- Mastery of Spring Framework
- Mastery of Hibernate
- Mastery of API
- Mastery of Webservices
- Mastery of Spring boot
- Mastery of SQL Server, Oracle RDBMS and SQL syntax
- Mastery of React
- Mastery of GitLab, Git, Jira, Jenkins, GitHub, Terraform
- Mastery of Octopus, Ansible
- Mastery of Azure
- Basic aptitude for programming and analytical thinking
- Demonstrated ability to develop software components with no guidance
- Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to interpret written requirements and technical specifications
- Demonstrated ability to write software code according to published standards and industry best practices
- Demonstrated ability to function in a highly agile team environment
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities
