Your Mission: The Role

• You are a revenue-enabling, outcome-delivering, forward-deployed solver (fds) leading infrastructure modernization from the first principles.
• You'll be a Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for co-innovating transformative infrastructure solutions with client stakeholders by building differently & questioning the status quo.

Your Responsibilities

This is not a 'tick the box' architect role. You will be the cloud architect and the DRI for building robust, scalable, and secure cloud platforms that empower our clients' digital transformation journeys. Your core mission is to partner with clients, leveraging your deep cloud expertise to innovate and deliver cutting-edge cloud architectures that create significant business impact and 'real value'.

Here's how you'll make your mark:

Architecting & Building Cloud Excellence:

• Lead the end-to-end design, prototyping, and deployment of complex cloud-native solutions across major cloud providers (AWS & GCP).
• Develop and execute cloud adoption strategies, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and technical best practices.
• Translate complex business requirements into well-architected cloud solutions, focusing on scalability, security, cost-optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Drive the implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and automation for cloud provisioning and management.

Client Engagement & Technical Leadership:

• Serve as the primary technical advisor to clients on cloud strategy, architecture, and best practices.
• Conduct engaging discovery workshops to deeply understand client challenges and propose innovative cloud solutions.
• Articulate complex cloud concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
• Lead by example, mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

Innovation & Outcome Delivery:

• Continuously research and evaluate emerging cloud technologies and trends to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
• Identify opportunities to leverage cloud services to drive new business capabilities and optimize existing operations.
• Ensure that all cloud solutions are not only technically sound but also deliver measurable business outcomes and ROI.
• Embody a proactive, problem-solving mindset, always seeking to improve and optimize cloud environments for peak performance.

Experience & Relevance:

• Engineering Pedigree: 8+ years of experience in business technology with a strong focus on cloud architecture and outcome engineering (Cloud | Data | AI | DevOps journeys on modern CSP tech stack).
• Impactful Solutions Leadership: Proven track record of leading the end-to-end definition, refinement, and successful delivery of large-scale, complex cloud infrastructure solutions, demonstrably driving significant business outcomes and contributing to practice growth.
• Client-Facing Cloud Acumen: 5+ years of experience in a client-facing technical lead or Cloud Architect role, acting as a trusted technical advisor, translating complex cloud engineering concepts into tangible business value.
• Ecosystem Strategist: Strong understanding of the cloud provider ecosystem, key industries, client needs, and the capabilities of various Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). Ability to strategically align cloud engineering efforts to unlock new opportunities and deliver targeted, high-impact cloud solutions from day one.
