As a seasoned Lead Developer, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.
  • Project Management: Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Software Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions using Python.
  • Code Review: Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, performance, and security.
  • Architecture & Design: Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Best Practices: Promote and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for the software solutions developed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-8 years of professional experience in software development (Backend and Frontend).
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Proficiency in Python, Go and its libraries.
  • Experience with frameworks such as Django or Flask.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Knowledge of Helm Charts, Containers and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Proficiency in version control systems (Git).
