Job Description

As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the finance function by leading project management initiatives and improving business processes. You will conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide data-driven insights to senior management and support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage key finance projects ensuring timely delivery, resource optimization, and alignment with business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and achieve measurable outcomes.
  3. Identify inefficiencies in current business processes and propose solutions to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and enhance productivity across the organization.
  4. Implement best practices and monitor progress post-implementation.
  5. Conduct thorough financial analysis to support decision-making, including profitability analysis, variance analysis, and scenario planning.
  6. Provide financial modelling to evaluate potential investments and business opportunities.
  7. Collaborate with operations and finance teams to implement cost-saving initiatives that result in measurable cost savings.
  8. Analyse financial, sales, and operational data to generate actionable insights for senior management.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or financial analysis within the manufacturing industry.
