Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a results-driven professional to oversee a team of executives handling Background Verification (BGV) processes, encompassing employment, education, and address verifications.

This role demands exceptional leadership, process adherence, and superior communication skills to ensure timely and accurate case closures while maintaining service quality and compliance.

The key responsibilities include guiding, motivating, and supervising a team of BGV call centre executives, monitoring live and recorded calls for quality, accuracy, and compliance, and overseeing the timely closure of verification cases.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a call centre environment, preferably in Background Verification (BGV) or the BPO industry, and will be proficient in MS Excel and call monitoring tools.

The successful candidate will also possess strong verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead a diverse team in a collaborative and growth-driven environment, contributing to the success of our clients through our tailored background check services.
