Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager to lead our advanced security initiatives. This role will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide security programs, ensuring the highest standards of security and compliance.

The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including leadership roles, and proven expertise in deploying and managing enterprise-grade security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect against emerging threats.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize advanced cybersecurity tools and platforms.
  • Evaluate vendor solutions and manage third-party security integrations to ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to security engineering teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in leading technical teams and implementing security solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR) and ability to adapt to changing security landscapes.
