Job Opportunity

A senior permanent position where the candidate will be expected to establish and lead a team responsible for enhancing security posture across cloud, applications, and enterprise infrastructure.

  • The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in cybersecurity strategy, cloud security, DevSecOps automation, risk governance, and incident response with a proven record of leading security transformations in large-scale organizations.
  • Key responsibilities include designing and implementing enterprise-wide security architecture and frameworks across multi-cloud environments.
  • Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for secure software development lifecycle adoption, threat modeling, application security reviews, and web application firewall implementation.
  • Cybersecurity vertical ownership includes establishing and growing a team from scratch, setting up processes, frameworks, and best practices.
  • The head of the Cybersecurity vertical will be accountable for strategy, execution, and reporting to leadership.
  • Building a strong pipeline of security talent and mentoring engineers to achieve maturity in security operations is also key.
  • Risk management and compliance involve ensuring industry standards and regulatory requirements are met, balancing business needs with security risk tolerance, and continuously improving security policies and procedures.
  • Cybersecurity operations and incident response include working with Security Operations Center and Incident Response teams to detect, investigate, and remediate security threats and incidents.
  • Implementing proactive monitoring and security automation to reduce exposure to malicious events is also crucial.
  • Collaboration and mentorship involve partnering with cross-functional teams to embed security best practices across development and infrastructure teams.
  • Providing strategic mentorship to engineers and stakeholders on threat trends, secure coding, and compliance is essential.
  • Leading documentation, training, and awareness programs to promote a strong security culture is also key.
