Senior Executive - Billing

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive - Billing to oversee our billing process.

  • Job Summary:
  • The Senior Executive - Billing will be responsible for managing and overseeing the billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and maintaining effective communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage End-to-End Billing Process: Generate and distribute invoices, credit notes, and statements to clients.
  • Ensure Accuracy and Completeness: Verify billing data for accuracy and completeness, resolving any discrepancies or errors before issuing invoices.
  • Collaborate with Departments: Work with sales, operations, and customer service teams to gather necessary billing data and resolve billing-related issues.
  • Monitor and Follow Up: Promptly address payment delays and initiate collection activities when necessary.
  • Maintain Billing Records: Keep up-to-date and organized billing records, including proper documentation of billing adjustments, credit memos, and payment reconciliations.
  • Generate Reports: Create regular reports on billing activities, aging analysis, and revenue collection for management review.
